Service Times:

A group of believers congregated under the name of Rock of Ages Christian Ministries on July 24, 2001, at the Jamestown Community Center to study the word of God and to break bread together. After much prayer, the believers formed Rock of Ages Missionary Baptist Church. Rock of Ages is commissioned to serve this present age through blended service of traditional hymns, prayer service, praise and worship, preaching, teaching, baptizing the believer, and serving communion. ROA evangelistic ministry reaches beyond the walls to every age, creed, or nationality. Our strong evangelistic ministry meets the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of those in crisis. ROA has won many souls for Christ by carrying out the great commission and by providing a hospitable atmosphere to all who attend ROA services. Rock of Ages accomplishes its mission and vision by obeying these Scriptures: Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:42, Hebrew 13, and 1 Peter 4:9. We believe that the believer must be a witness for Jesus Christ into the uttermost parts of the earth. We are committed to making disciples for Christ. It is our goal to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. Hence, ROA is building up the kingdom of God through life-changing experiences for all who hear the word of God.
